Selecting right sealing compound  is critical to the success of online leak sealing project, since different compound is designed to meet different requirements of working conditions. Three variables are normally considered when evaluating the working conditions: leaking system temperature, system pressure and leaking medium. Based on years of work experience with laboratories and on-site practitioners, we have developed the following series of sealing compound:

Thermosetting Sealant

This series sealing compound has good performance to the middle temperature medium leaking. It will become solid quickly when it is injected into the sealing cavity. So it is good to be used to small size equipment leaking. The thermosetting time depends on the system temperature, we can also adjust the formula to improve or delay the thermosetting time basing on clients request.

Feature: Wide medium resistance with good flexibility and pliability, applicable for flanges, piping, boilers, heat exchangers etc. under high temperature and high pressure. Use for valve leaking is not recommended.

Temperature Range: 100℃~400℃  (212℉~752℉)  20C (68℉)
Storage Conditions: under room temperature, below 20℃

Self life: half years

PTFE based, Filling Sealant

This kind of sealing compound  belongs to non-curing sealant that is used to low temperature leaking and chemical medium leaking. It is made of PTFE raw material which has good fluidity under low temperature and can bear strong corrosive, toxic and harmful leaking medium.

Feature: Good at strong chemical, oil and liquid resistance, applicable for all kinds of leaks on flange, pipe and valve.
Temperature Range: -100℃~260℃ (-212℉~500℉)
Storage Conditions: room temperature

Self life: 2 years

Thermal-expansion Sealant

This series sealing compound is designed to handle high temperature leaking. Normally, after injection, a re-injection process is need to avoid re-leaking, because sealing cavity pressure will change if each injection port pressure is different. But if expanding sealant is used, particularly for small leaking, there is no need for re-injection because expanding sealant will equalizer sealing cavity pressure automatically.

Feature: Thermal-expansion, non-curing, excellent pliability under high temperature, applicable for flange, pipe, valves, stuffing boxes.
Temperature Range: 100℃~600℃ (212℉~1112℉)
Storage Conditions: room temperature

Self life: 2 years

Fiber based, high temperature sealant

After 5+ years research and development, we design and manufacture this series of sealing compound for super high temperature leaking. A special fiber is selected from over 30 kinds of fibers and get combined with over 10 different inorganic compounds to produce this product. It demonstrates excellent performance during times of super high temperature test and flame retardant test, and becomes our flagship product.

Feature: non-curing, excellent pliability under super high temperature, applicable for flange, pipe, valves, stuffing boxes.

Temperature Range: 100℃~800℃ (212℉~1472℉)
Storage Conditions: room temperature

Self life: 2 years
