What kind of leaks can be sealed by clamps?
Any kind of leak can be sealed by clamps with pressures rating up to 7500 psi and temperatures ranging from cryogenic to 1800 degrees Fahrenheit. Under pressure leak sealing works well with vacuum leaks. Our clamps are made of carbon steel ASTM 1020 or stainless steel ASTM 304, and designed according to ASME Sec. VIII. This process is used for many different applications, but most commonly for the followings:

90 Or 45 Degree Elbow Leaks
Leaking elbows is another common issue encountered by many facilities. These elbows take a lot of abuse and eventually wear out in many cases. This problem could be easily fixed by our elbow enclosure to ensure a 100% seal.These elbow enclosures are designed to compatible with standard pipe sizes and are made in both short radius and long radius for the 90 Degree applications. Our elbow enclosures are up to 24” radius. These enclosures also have a perimeter seal or an injectable seal depending on the requirements.
